Spa Policy

All therapists are NY State Licensed.
All major credit cards accepted.
Gratuities are accepted in cash only.
We request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to permit the correct amount of time for your treatments.
All reservations are secured by a credit card or gift certificate number. A 24-hour cancellation/change notice is required for single services and 48 hour notice for multiple appointments.
No-shows, cancellations/changes made after the required time are subject to full service charge.
Scheduling an appointment at Finesse Day Spa is an acknowledgement of these terms.
